EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT

Team Leadership, Budget Management, Stakeholder Engagement and Communication

Sadullo holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from Lomonosov Moscow State University and completed additional studies in International Relations and European Studies in Poland. His academic background informs his work on global affairs, strategic planning, and operational initiatives. He is committed to youth empowerment and has supported youth participation through mentoring, facilitation, and capacity-building activities. Sadullo is also engaged in international environmental and sustainable development processes, with experience in UN forums and multilateral discussions. 

SECRETARIAT

Scope of duty: Project Development, Research, Secretary, Documentation

Zarrina is a young professional serving as a Coordinator for a UNDP-supported legal education project in Tajikistan. She holds a bachelor’s degree in International Relations and has academic experience in international law. Her work focuses on project coordination, youth and women’s empowerment, and legal awareness initiatives. Zarrina has experience with UN-related programs, international organizations, and diplomatic and academic activities, including conferences, simulations, and regional cooperation platforms.

COMMUNICATIONS & OUTREACH

Scope of duty: Media, SMM, Publications, Trainings

Yusuf is a Global UGRAD alumnus (2023–2024) and an active youth representative in Tajikistan with a strong background in public relations and communication. He has worked with American Councils and American Spaces, runs his own public speaking course, and previously led the Toastmasters Club in Dushanbe. Yusuf represents the Youth for Water and Climate Network and actively engages in youth, environmental, and international initiatives, promoting collaboration, communication, and youth development.
